About 75 figures for the infantry (frequently 3 platoons of 24 men and a Big Man each), and up to 25 figures for the support weapons. We have played many smaller scale games with just a couple of platoons, and many larger ones also – but the single company as a basis of the game works well for starters. Looks like this is all fixed. I like the full colour rulebook. It's a great move into the 21st century by the lads.
